A - NO, First, if there are any rule violations (for ex. disrespect, etc) during the session, the entertainer can ask the client to leave at any time and end the session (no refunds). Or after the session is complete, the entertainer can either Block a rule violator from sessioning with her in the future, or she can issue a total block on the client that violated rules. A total block means that the client can no longer see any Soft Touch entertainers.

Q - Do I need to be in your Yahoo Group, or anything else before I schedule a Session ?
A - No, you do not need to be in the yahoo group before you attend a Session, you simply need to TEXT ONLY to: 469-309-6784 and  you will be given directions on the Pre-Screening (If Required) and instructions on how to attend. NOTE: The Screening Requirements can change on a Daily Basis.

Q - Does the Gold Points (as of May 2017 - Now Pinky Points) Program apply to events of your friends at the GH?
A - No, the Gold Points Program is only in effect on the days of the Body Rubs.

Q - Is the Gold Points Program an Exact Art ?
A - My Assistant handles most of the Gold Points Program. We do our very best to have an accurate count on Gold Points for you, however, sometimes it may not be an exact art. There may be errors sometimes, but we will do the best we can to make sure that your Gold Point Totals are accurate.

Q - How can I keep track of what's going on with the Gold Points Program?
A - In order to keep track of what is going on with the Gold Points program, you would either need to be a member of the yahoo group which is: groups.yahoo.com/group/southwestes, or be sure to read the website here on a regular basis to get the updated details.

Q - What benefits does your Membership Card Have ?
A - The Membership Card (In which you can get for free after a paid session), give you the password code for the Private Section on this website. It also gives you a $10 discount off of Regular Priced Hour Sessions.
 
Q- Can my Membership Card or Reference Card be Revoked ?
A- Yes either One can be Revoked if you are in Violation of any Soft Touch House Rule.

Q- If I text you for information, when you currently do not have an entertainer posted or scheduled, when will I get a response back ?
A - If you text us during a time when there is not an entertainer currently working, one of our staff will text you back as soon as we see your text message (This could be 2 minutes later, or 5 hours later, or over a day later or longer than that. IF YOU DO NOT WANT US TO TEXT YOU BACK AFTER A CERTAIN TIME, THEN YOU NEED TO LET US KNOW THAT WHEN YOU TEXT US.

Q- Do you just send out random phone text messages for advertisement purposes ?
A- NO, WE DO NOT. THE ONLY TIME WE WILL TEXT YOU BACK, IS IF YOU HAD SENT US A TEXT MESSAGE FIRST. NOTE: If you do text us, and then if you do not want us to text you back after a certain time, then be sure to state that in your text message.

Q- I am a member of Eccie and other review websites. So does that mean that I get a session discount ?
A - No, Soft Touch does have their own GOLD POINTS PROGRAM and other discounts for our clients, in which you get points every time you visit a Soft Touch entertainer.A client that tries to use their Eccie (or other website membership) as leverage to try to get discounts from Soft Touch entertainers, does violate Soft Touch Rules and Policy. If any Soft Touch entertainer does mention to Soft Touch management that this violation has occurred, this will count as a rule violation.

Q- After I finish the screening process, may I use my text app number or voip number to book sessions ?
A- Yes, they will tell you how, when you text in.

Q- Why do you all do the screening anyway ?
A- Unfortunately, it has been brought to the attention of our management that other entertainment providers in town may have been assaulted recently, so the screening is just for safety reasons.

Q- I need to be discreet, so I'm a little concerned about the screening. Is there an alternate screening ?
A- There is now an alternate VIP Screening, to where you can pretty much pass the screening with various methods, such as with references, etc. The alternate screening does cost $375.

Q- Is the Screening just a One-Time Screening ? Or do I need to Screen after each session ?
A- In theory and by design, the screening should be a One-Time Screening, however there may be rare circumstances to where we may ask for another screening, if it does not seem to be clear if you have screened already or not (no charge for re-screenings) or for other reasons.

Q- Can I ask for a performer's, ph number or email address or facebook name, or any other kind of social media address or name. Or can I give them my business card, or can I give them my number or e-mail address or facebook name or any other social media contact point? On incall or Outcall ?
A- No, none of the above is allowed. If any Performer reports to Sarah that a person has offered their contact information, or has asked for the performer's personal contact information, then that person will be placed on the blacklist/ban-list (This will result in a permanent ban, with no reinstatement allowed).

Q-What happens if , for example, I come in for a session and pay the session donation fee, then later on, I am notified that my donation was less than what it should have been?
A- If there is a dispute  about how much donation that you left at the session. (For ex, if you state that you left a certain amount, but the entertainer stated that you left a different amount that was less), we will investigate the situation and we may require additional requirements when you attend sessions in the future (in order for you to prove how much you leave as the donation amount).

Q - What is your STD Policy Regarding both Performers and Clients?
A - ALTHOUGH, WE DO NOT CONDONE ANY DIRECT SEX FOR MONEY OR PAYMENT, For Hygiene Purposes (and to risk of exposure to open accidental cuts), We Do ask that all Performers and Clients follow the Usual State Law Regarding HIV/AIDS which is basically - "If you have been tested and know that you have HIV, then we ask that you DO NOT ATTEND ANY SESSIONS, UNTIL A DOCUMENTED FULL CURE OF HIV IS AVAILABLE in the USA. Regarding ANY OTHER STD, we do require that No Performer or Client attend sessions until they are testing negative for all STDs (again this is ONLY FOR NON-SEXUAL REASONS, as things like HERPES can be spread simply by Simple Skin Touching). THIS HAS ALWAYS BEEN OUR POLICY, NOTHING IS NEW, OR HAS CHANGED.

Q-What if I arrive with an amount less than what the entertainer had requested for the donation amount ?
A- If you forgot it somewhere, you can go get it real quick and come back (but don't let this be happening multiple times). If mgt feels that this may have been done on purpose, then the penalty could result in a permanent ban.

Q- How many times can I request to screen ?
A- The links to the 2 screening versions are on the front page of our website here. After, you screen text us at the booking phone number to let us know you have finished screening. We give everyone 2 chances to screen. If you are not reading the instructions, and if you do the screening incorrectly 2 times, then after that, I can no longer assist you. So be sure to read the instructions carefully, and complete the screening carefully.
